Later, journey onwards to the picturesque Ostuni, where you'll enjoy a leisurely aperitivo in the heart of this white-washed city.

Unwind after a long day of travel at an idyllic spot in the heart of the old town which is the perfect way to relax and rejuvenate.

11am - Boat trip in Polignano a Mare

Your day will commence with a morning boat trip in Polignano A Mare.
Please head to San Vito via your arranged TukTuk. Once you've arrived, head to the marina where you'll be shown to you to your boat.
​
Immerse yourself in the crystal-clear waters, indulging in refreshing swims and sun-soaked moments. Please bring towels from your hotel if you wish to swim as they are not provided, although refreshments and snack are.
This serene boating experience will set the perfect tone for the day ahead.

4.00pm - Wine Tasting at Terre Di San Vito

As the morning adventure concludes and you've freshened up back at the apartment, we invite you to indulge in a wine tasting and late lunch experience at the esteemed Terre Di San Vito. Nestled in the heart of the Puglian countryside, this idyllic vineyard promises an unforgettable culinary journey.
Sip on exquisite wines, crafted with passion and expertise, as you explore the vineyard's lush landscapes. Delight your palate with a delectable lunch featuring the finest local flavors, thoughtfully prepared to complement the wines.

The evening will be free for you to explore the old town of Polignano.

Embark on a cultural sojourn in the UNESCO-listed town of Alberobello, where the iconic trulli houses stand as a testament to Puglia's unique architectural heritage. Wander through the labyrinthine streets, absorbing the charm of these ancient limestone dwellings.

As the sunset begin to paint the sky, make your way to Ostuni, the 'White City', perched atop a hill. Here, you'll relish in an aperitivo experience that perfectly captures the essence of Puglia's enchanting evenings. Sip on regional wines and sample local delicacies, all while overlooking the mesmerising panorama below.

With hearts full of memories and a spirit reinvigorated by Puglia's beauty, it's time to head to the airport for your journey home.
