   Payment for your travel booking with Sprezzatura World is due at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. Sprezzatura World may require a deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due at a later date. Payment plans may be offered by Sprezzatura World to allow customers to pay for their trip in installments. Sprezzatura World accepts credit card payments only. Any cancellation fees associated with your booking will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
    

2. Cancellation Policy
   If you need to cancel your booking, please contact Sprezzatura World as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply and will vary depending on the date of cancellation and the type of travel-related services and products purchased. You will be responsible for any non-refundable fees associated with your travel booking, including but not limited to hotel and transportation fees.
    

3. Refund Policy
   Sprezzatura World may issue refunds in the event of cancellations due to extenuating circumstances beyond the customer's control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, and political unrest. Refunds may also be issued at the discretion of Sprezzatura World in the event of a cancellation due to medical reasons or other personal emergencies. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation and will be subject to any applicable cancellation fees.
    

4. Travel Documents
   It is your responsibility to ensure that you have all necessary travel documents, including but not limited to passports, visas, and health certificates. Sprezzatura World is not responsible for any costs or losses incurred as a result of your failure to obtain necessary travel documents.
    

5. Travel Insurance
   Sprezzatura World highly recommends that you purchase travel insurance to protect yourself and your travel investment. Sprezzatura World is not responsible for any costs or losses incurred as a result of your failure to purchase travel insurance.
    

6. Liability
   Sprezzatura World is not liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or delays that may occur during your travel-related services and products purchased through our website or other online platforms. Sprezzatura World is not liable for any third-party suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, and transportation companies. Sprezzatura World is not responsible for any costs or losses incurred as a result of events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, and political unrest.
    

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
   Sprezzatura World reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other online platforms.
    

8. Governing Law
   These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, where Sprezzatura World is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that state or province.
