Luxury Trip Plan

28th January:
Arrival in Zurich
Arrive into Zurich, check in to Ruby Mimi hotel and settle into the city with an elegant evening at one of its most storied restaurants. A table is reserved under Hartley at Kronenhalle for 7:00pm - a Swiss institution known for its old-world charm, art-covered walls, and perfectly executed classics.
Dinner dress code smart/elegant, tie & jacket not compulsory.

29th January:
St. Moritz Bound
Board an early train bound for St. Moritz. Upon arrival, you will be collected from the station for a seamless transition to Hotel Steffani.
Your recommended train options are:
8.08am Zürich HB to Landquart
9.20am Landquart to St Moritz
or
8.38am Zürich HB to Chur
9.52am Chur to st Moritz
Lunch is reserved at 2:00pm at Paradiso, a mountain-side après dream of fur throws, fondue and panoramic views. Dress code: Warm/Chic. Thermals needed.
That evening, enjoy a warm and refined dinner at the Kulm Country Club, reserved under Hartley for 7:30pm - alpine dining in a historic setting.
Dinner dress code: Mountain inspired smart casual.

30th January:
The ICE: Day One
Your first day as a VIP guest at THE I.C.E. begins on the frozen lake of St. Moritz. Expect spectacular vintage cars, a buzzing crowd, and unparalleled mountain views.
Lunch will be served in the VIP tent with full access throughout the day.
The I.C.E dress code:
Dress to impress/layers are essential as it will be warm in the lunch and in the sunshine but cool in the shade or outdoor seating.
Dinner is reserved in Kulm’s Grand Hall under Hartley for 8:00pm - a grand space befitting the occasion.
Dinner dress code:
Smart elegant, gentlemen shirt & dinner jacket - tie optional, ladies mid length dress or skirt and blouse.

31st January:
THE ICE: Day Two
Day two of the event brings more pageantry, elegance and horsepower on the ice. Your lunch again will be in the VIP tent - reserved access.
The I.C.E dress code:
Dress to impress/layers are essential as it will be warm in the lunch and in the sunshine but cool in the shade or outdoor seating.
In the evening, stroll over to the iconic Badrutt’s Palace for cocktails in one of the most recognisable alpine hotel bars in the world (walk-ins only).
Dinner is booked at La Baracca, an insider’s favourite tucked into the hillside, with a table under Hartley at 6:30pm.
Dinner dress code:
Casual, fun & relaxed.

1st February:
Explore St. Moritz
Choose your pace today: a short and scenic hike to the Morteratsch Glacier or a thrilling ride down the alpine Toboggan Run. Both are unreserved and flexible.
Dress code:
Warm outerwear, waterproof trousers.
Lunch is booked for 2:00pm at Langosteria, offering elevated coastal Italian dishes in the heart of the mountains.
Lunch dress code:
Relaxed/Chic/Mountain.
Later, enjoy a relaxed spa session at Mineralbad & Spa Samedan - no reservation required, but massages and treatments can be arranged on request.
Dinner is reserved at La Stalla - a warm, casual favourite in the heart of town. Your table is booked for 8.30pm under Hartley, giving you plenty of time to unwind at the spa beforehand.
Alternatively, if you’re staying local to the hotel, enjoy a relaxed pre-dinner drink at the iconic Pavarotti Wine Bar, tucked away just steps from your door.

2nd February:
Bernina Express to Milan
Travel through the UNESCO-protected Alpine landscape aboard the Bernina Express - a breathtaking rail journey over viaducts, past frozen lakes, and into Italy.
Your train times are:
St Moritz to Tirano 09.48am
Tirano to Milan 13.08pm
Arrive in Milan, check in to Vmaison Brera Hotel and settle in before your dinner at La Gioia San Marco, reserved under Hartley for 7:15pm - contemporary Italian in a stylish setting. Dinner dress code: Smart Casual.

3rd February:
Milan at Leisure
Your final full day is yours to shape: roam the designer streets of Via Montenapoleone, visit Da Vinci’s Last Supper (on request), or see a ballet at La Scala (optional evening performance).
Dinner is booked at Al Baretto San Marco at 7:15pm under Hartley - a classic Milanese address.
Lunch plans will be confirmed directly with you.

4th February:
Return to Manchester
Your return flight from Milan departs at 11am, giving you just enough time for one last cappuccino before heading home, filled with memories, stories and a suitcase that’s probably a little heavier than when you arrived.
